We approach work with passion, creativity, and a can-do attitude. We are never afraid of trying new things and taking on new challenges, and always driven to get desired results for our clients. We seek profit but ultimately are driven more by the desire to make our clients satisfied and to trust us.

We take our jobs seriously, but don’t necessarily take ourselves too seriously. We always find ways to inject some fun and enthusiasm into work, to avoid misjudgments because of stress and keep everybody positive and pleasant to work with.

Shelly Wei WANG - Founder & Executive Manager

Ms. Wei Wang brought a decade-long journalism career, covering news in Southeast Asia, USA and Europe into the PR world. She has worked as a senior consultant at top-tier Chinese, American and German PR agencies with a diversified client portfolio that includes Haier, Tsingtao Beer, EU Commission, Amazon, McDonald’s, and Oriental DreamWorks. She also has multiple experiences working with international organizations, think tanks, and NGOs.

A Beijing native, Ms. Wang worked in Manila, Washington D.C., Geneva, and Phnom Penh, and is currently based in Berlin. She has avid interest in traveling and international development advocacy and unbated curiosity to explore the unknown geographically and professionally.

Prof. Eberhard Sandschneider - Counselor

A prestigious German political scientist and political/public policy expert. Since 1998, he was a professor of political science with China focus at Freie Universität Berlin. Between 2003 and 2016 he was also the Director of the German Society for Foreign Relations’ research institute. Currently, he is a partner of a multi-billion-euro consulting institute based in Berlin, leading Asia Pacific business.

Dursun Yigit - Counselor

Editor in Chief of Godd Media Broadcast GmbH, owner of TV Berlin, Hamburg Channel one and multiple media production facilities in Germany. Named the Content Creator of the Year in 2021, he is leading Godd Media to expand its presence and influence in a digitalized media landscape, with a good mix of information and entertainment content.

Junni Ogborne - Senior Consultant

PR & PA veteran who excels at English copywriting, policy research & analysis, and strategic communications; Former director of BJ-based North Head Communications, an award-winning boutique PR/PA agency, and EU Delegation in China consultant on domestic policies and social affairs; earned degrees in economics and Chinese studies; fluent in English, China and Korean.

Aleksandar Musikic - Senior Consultant

Seasoned media relations specialist and PR project management expert with over 10 years of experience, with special strength in travel destination and sport marketing. Prior to PR, he was a consultant on EU energy, defense, and legislation affairs in Brussels. He received a degree in political science and speak fluently English and German.

Maria Zayats - Senior Consultant

Experienced in transcontinental PR and communications project management, covering Asia, East Europe, and America. She has a great diversity in her portfolio of clients and projects, with a focus on tech, travel designation, and entertainment marketing & promotion. She spent six years in Shanghai and also worked/lived in Japan and South Korea, and can speak English and Russian.

Fiona Chow - Senior Consultant

Communications expert specializing in work with startups in consumer technology, adtech and martech, and professional services. She has advised and led many marketing campaign of a number of ICO and blockchain clients. Based in Manchester, she is fluent in English and can also speak basic Cantonese.

Cindy Lee - Consultant

Specializes in expo and event setting design, production, and construction; has expertise and capacity to handle cross-border logistic services

Cecilia Chen - Consultant

Decade-long experience in film/series investment, production and distribution, with strong capacity in animation production and social media content creation. Based in China, she received a bachelor’s degree in finance & economics and a MBA degree.

Zuoling Lee - Consultant

Global brand strategy specialist who once was a brand manager at H.Moser & Cie, a Swiss luxury watch brand. She earned a MBA degree in luxury marketing and brand management from Sup de Luxe Paris, and a certificate in fashion design. She is fluent in Chinese, English, French and German

Xin Wu - Consultant

Originally a professional interpreter but now expanding her skills to business development, marketing, and journalism. She is specialized in live broadcast anchoring and branding article copywriting, and has successful experience in expo and event management. Overseeing the Italian market based in Milan, she is fluent in Chinese, English, and Italian.

Bin Chen - Consultant

A journalist-turned-PR professional, with unique advantage in storytelling and media campaign. He has strength in video content production, multilingual news reporting & live broadcast, with growing capacity in business development, communications, especially media relations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in German studies and professional training in documentary production. Based in Denmark, he is overseeing business development in Nordic countries.

Mengge Chen - Project Executive

A rising PR professional with can-do mindset and adaptable skills to meet a great variety of demands in a professional and efficient way. She has a Master’s degree in applied literature studies, with strength in social media management, news coverage and research & analysis.

Jacqueline Wong - Project Executive

Cultural event and concert management specialist with over 20 years of experience in organizing art performance and activities. She received a Master’s degree in Cultural Management at Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.

Airin Chen - Project Executive

Extensive education and working experience in Thailand; latest positions include Head of Retailing Training and Assistant to Sales Director at OPPO Thailand. She is a marketing specialist with a proven track record in building brand strength and driving sales for Chinese products in the Southeast Asia. She has a Master’s degree in business & economics from Chulalongkorn University. Based in Bangkok, she can speak fluently Chinese, Thai and English.
